Deleting Your Account

When you delete your account we hide it immediately and erase it after 90 days. Signing in within those 90 days restores it. Chats, play-later rounds and quizzes are removed immediately and aren't restored. Anonymous answers to "why are you leaving" are kept without your account.

• Authentication: Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In for secure account creation
• Analytics: PostHog, to understand how users interact with our app
• Crash Reports: Sentry, to find and fix crashes and errors
• Push Notifications: Expo, to deliver notifications to your device
• Subscriptions: Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) handle payments, and RevenueCat keeps track of your subscription. We never see your card details
• Cloud Storage: Firebase for secure data storage
• AI Services: For generating personalized questions (no personal data is shared)
• 3D Characters: Profile photos and selfies you choose are sent to Google (Gemini) to create your 3D character. Selfies are deleted right after
