2. User Accounts and Registration

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Premium Features

Billing and Renewals

For subscriptions:

• You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, etc.)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with notice, but changes won't affect current subscription periods
• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Apple, Google, Stripe)

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and the policies of the payment processor (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the Service is free of viruses

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CATCHIN' FEELINGS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from user-generated content or third-party conduct
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
